How to order
There are two ways to order. For anything we have ready, use our ordering page and pay in one go. For a custom flavor, a large batch, or something for an occasion, message us and we will work it out together.
Ordering from Sugarberry Cottage is a conversation. Tell us what you would like, we will tell you what is ready, and we will agree on the details before anything gets baked.
Please allow about a week, 5 to 7 days’ notice. Everything is made especially for you rather than kept in stock, so that week gives us time to fit your order into the baking schedule.

Receive confirmation before pickup
Nothing is final until we confirm it. You will get a message from us with the agreed order and pickup details, and then all that is left is collecting it.
Availability changes
Products, flavors and prices on this website may change without notice. Everything depends on the season, the fruit, and how much we can make in a week. We will always confirm what is available before an order is final.
How payment works
Orders placed on our ordering page are paid for there when you order. For custom or larger orders arranged with us directly, payment is settled at pickup and we will agree the method when we confirm your order.
